| For many years Ziggy served as an Executive Director with the Myer Group in charge of Target Supermarkets before becoming General Manager, Administration with one of the largest companies in Australia. In this role he was in charge of all accounting and property development for the group. |

| Over the past 40 years he has acted as a consultant to many private individuals and companies in Australia and overseas. His clients have included many Fortune 500 companies. |

| He graduated in Finance, Business and Property – all awarded with distinction. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent, Business Broker, Auctioneer & Buyer's Agent as well as being a fully accredited Finance&Mortgage Broker, – all also awarded with distinction. He is a Justice of the Peace. |
